This includes the ability to upload photos, write a description of the property including number bedrooms and baths, room dimensions, rental rates, etc. You are not obligated to sign any agreement(s) until we have found a renter for your property. The most significant advantage of the Free Listing is its flexibility. You gain limited ability to market your property and get it rented without being confined to an agreement.

FULL SERVICE Rental Property Management:
Our Full Service management services are designed to maximize your profits while minimizing many risks commonly associated with rental property management. By signing the exclusive listing agreement with FunCoast Realty, you will grant us the ability to effectively market your unit through a network of top rental property websites as well as in a variety of print venues. We will routinely inspect your property and make any necessary repairs quickly and efficiently, and we will provide you with up to date status reports of your property: profits, expenses and a 1099 at the end of the year. Most of the reporting and information about your property will be available you via our secure client service interface. Our rates are some of the most competitive in the industry, and every fee and expense is discussed upfront, so there are never any surprises. We always recommend having your property managed by a professional management company, but those of you that feel you're better served by maintaining total control, we have a great solution for you. For one low fee, you gain access to a host of services generally reserved for the professional property manager. On-line reservations and scheduling, marketing, and more. Upload your photos, *or have our photographers photograph your property for you. The iManage Rental Listing option gives you everything you need do it yourself in style, and markets your property directly to the consumers most interested in renting it. However, you still handle all aspects of negotiating rates, lease agreements and handling any issues that may arise.
