Our property owners can be assured that their valuable asset is cared for in the proper manner and that their guests leave with the best possible impression of the property. This helps ensure repeat business. Vacationers who leave your property happy are not only going to most likely return for another visit, but they will tell their friends and families about their trip. Our goal is to make sure that every guest leaves your property happy, and to that end every detail is handled with utmost care.
What We Do:

We help you get your property rental-ready. Upon the initial inspection, we advise you of what, if anything, needs to be fixed or purchased, so that your unit can be ready for guests. This can include any repainting, furnishings, utensils and other items that your unit may not be equipped with. We have extensive local resources that we use for these items to keep your expenses to a minimum.

We promote your Daytona property on top rated Vacation Renatal web sites, such as EscapeHomes.com, and on a network of Daytona area websites that we manage, in addition to local promotion to colleges, employers and snowbirds.
We inspect and clean every unit on every changeover to make sure everything is perfect for the next guest. If touch up paint is required, we do that as required. We do not charge you for this services, instead we incorporate these minor charges into the short-term rental agreement with the tenant.

When guests arrive we are there to make sure they get in to their vacation home as soon as possible and that they encounter no problems during their stay.

We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so we can attend to any emergency that may arise. Generally, we can get to any property we manage within 15 minutes.

We handle all accounting for your property and send your comprehensive records, receipts, and reports every month. You will also have access to these through a secure client log in online.

We can also handle your routine payments, such as mortgage, insurance and association fees for you, if needed.
Our Fee:
We charge 20% off the price of rental agreement that we procure. Because we do not deal with wholesalers or tour operators, the rates we are able to get for our properties are retail rates, generally up to 50% higher than volume discounters receive.
Plan on using your property at certain times of the year, or want to make it available for family or friends? There's no charge, and it's no problem. You, as the owner, have full control of your property's availability. Give us a call and let us know when the property isn't available, or log into our property management system and block out times yourself, 24 hours a day and in real-time, via our online management system.
